Passionate and precise, she brings a quality of focus to her classes that fosters a deep understanding of the wisdom of these traditions in body, mind and soul. Maritza is a well-loved teacher in Mill Valley/Marin County where she lives. She leads yoga retreats nationally and worldwide. | |
