July 21 - August 10, 2002:
Georgetown University Law Center presents an exciting new opportunity to study law this summer in London. The 3-week summer law program in London, England offers four courses taught by distinguished professors from the United Kingdom and the United States. The program will include a luncheon colloquium series at which students may meet distinguished European and American visitors. There will also be organized visits to the Royal Courts of Justice, the Central Criminal Court, British Parliament and The Inns of Court. Enrollment is limited to 50 students to ensure small class sizes.
The program is organized in cooperation with University College London (UCL), the city's oldest university, and the largest of over 50 institutes which make up the University of London. UCL was the first British institution to implement a systematic study of common law, and today it is recognized as the best law school in the United Kingdom. | |
