We are located in central London with schools at Victoria and Gloucester Road - close to underground stations and leading tourist attractions. Frances King was established in 1973 and with 25 years' experience is one of London’s most popular language schools. We teach more than 4,000 students each year, from over 70 different countries and we aim to provide you with EFL training that is effective, enjoyable and of lasting personal value.

Studying at Frances King:
Our professional and friendly teachers emphasise communication skills and use up-to-date methods to ensure you will progress as quickly as possible. You will have individual tutorials with your teacher to discuss your own particular learning objectives. Outside class times you can use our well-equipped Study Centres where you can learn independently and improve your English as rapidly as possible.

We offer a wide range of courses to suit individual needs and there are seven levels from Beginner to Advanced with flexible course starting dates through out the year.
General English Courses:
For adult learners (16+ years) who need to communicate effectively in everyday English. 2- 48 weeks, 15 –25 hours per week in a group of max.15 students.
Intensive English:
For busy working people who wish to learn English for international communication in small, highly motivated groups. 2-week courses, 25 hours per week in a group of max.10 students.
Executive English:
A 2-week course with max. 5 students designed for executives and professional people who wish to optimise their time in London.
One-to-One courses:
For people who need to maximise their learning in a limited period of time with attention to their precise language and occupational needs. Flexible hours and start dates.
Cambridge Examination Courses:
Examination success with the help of our experienced teachers.
University Preparation Courses:
For those who intend to study at a British or English speaking university or college. Study skills and preparation for IELTS or TOEFL.
Study Year in London:
For those who want a long period of study and immersion in English language & culture.
