| The Visual Arts & Graphic Design Program at the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica in Venice, Italy, is open to undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate students. The curriculum emphasizes courses in painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, computer graphics, digital imaging, art history, web design, Italian language and culture. The program includes cultural and sightseeing excursions in Venice, the the Veneto, Florence, Rome and Milan. Students can earn up to 18 credit hours per term. The program is conducted in ENGLISH.
The Scuola Internazionale di Grafica is a private visual arts and graphic design academy in Venice, Italy. Its international faculty consists of artists who lived, studied, worked and exhibited their art in museums and art galleries throughout the world. The Scuola's central location in the historic city of Venice is ideal for studying Italian art and design as well as language and culture. Students live in furnished apartments located in the central historical district of Venice, ten minutes from Piazza San Marco by foot, 15 minutes from the Scuola by vaporetto and two minutes from the closes vaporetto stop.
[EXCURSIONS] The program includes sightseeing and cultural excursions in Venice, the Veneto region, Florence, Rome and Milan. An art history professor from the Scuola accompanies the group on most excursions so that students can explore the artistic and architectural beauty of Italy within a cultural context.
