Description:
| The International Professional Development (IPD) program offers language and practical business training for international trainees. IPD combines classroom activities with special business seminars, corporate visits, guest speakers and professional partners to help trainees gain a competitive advantage in the global business environment. Professionals come from around the world to improve their skills in English for international business and communication. IPD introduces a variety of international business issues and American workplace customs that increase personal and organizational effectiveness.
Trainees spend an average of 30 hours per week in classes and activities. Optional month-long corporate internships are available. Trainees also have an opportunity to attend 3-9 hours per week in University business courses such as accounting, economics, finance, banking, management, marketing, and management of information systems. | |
