| SIT’s Master of Arts in Conflict Transformation prepares professionals for careers as advocates, catalysts, and trainers with governments, academic institutions, nongovernmental organizations, the media, the private sector, and other organizations helping communities heal and embrace peace. Within a supportive learning community that emphasizes reflection, self-knowledge, and cultural awareness, participants study interrelated causes of contemporary conflict, train in strategies that aid in the reconciliation of intractable behaviors, and develop practical skills in interethnic dialogue, intercommunal relationship building, negotiation, and group facilitation. | |
