Founded in 1910, The University of Queensland (UQ) is one of Australia’s largest and most prestigious universities, internationally acclaimed for its strengths in teaching and research. UQ is the oldest university in the State of Queensland with more than 33,300 students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs. Of these, more than 4000 are international students from 130 countries. Approximately 6000 students are enrolled in graduate programs, of which almost 3000 are research students.
