| Felician College is a Catholic/Franciscan college serving more than 1600 men and women. Its mission is to provide a values-oriented education based in the liberal arts while it prepares students for meaningful lives and careers in contemporary society. To meet the needs of students and to provide personal enrichment courses to matriculated and nonmatriculated students, Felician College offers day, evening and weekend programs. The College is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, and carries program accreditation from the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission and the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences.
In addition to its undergraduate degree programs, Felician College offers the Master of Science in Nursing (M.S.N.) and the Master of Arts degree in religious education, teacher education, and English.
Felician College competes in Division II of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The Felician teams, called the Golden Falcons, compete in men's baseball, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's crosscountry, and women's softball. The Athletic Department also sponsors numerous intramural sports activities, such as indoor soccer, faculty-student softball and volleyball games on the quad.
Students may elect to reside in one of the spacious suites in Elliot Hall or Milton Court Residence, both located on the new Rutherford Campus, a 10-minute shuttle bus ride from the main campus in Lodi. The campuses offer comfortable student lounge areas, student meeting rooms, dining halls, a gymnasium, a fitness center, and grassy areas for outdoor recreation.
Felician College is located on two beautifully landscaped campuses in Lodi and Rutherford, in Bergen County, in northern New Jersey. Both campuses, nestled in suburban towns, are a 30-minute bus or train ride from New York City and a few miles from the New Jersey Meadowlands sports complex.
