| Studio Art Centers International: The MFA and MA Programs offer
special opportunities rarely found in programs based solely in the US. SACI,
in Florence, provides an environment where some of the greatest paintings,
sculptures, and architecture of the past are only paces away from one's
studio. A wide range of contemporary exhibitions, galleries, public and
private collections, and international art fairs are also available to the
MFA candidate. For the MA student, remarkable archival resources are
available. This program offers students the opportunity to satisfy a portion
of their BGSU Masters Degree requirements at SACI. Students can take up to
two semesters or 30 credits in Florence. The remaining 30 credits, including
the final semester, must be completed at the BGSU art facilities in Ohio,
which are housed in one of the newest and most complete studio art buildings
in the US. |
