| Work & Travel Germany offers American students a unique opportunity to develop international career skills and explore Europe at the same time. Work & Travel Germany consists of two programs that differ in length and pre-departure requirements. Work & Travel Germany: Summer makes it easy for participants to work casual jobs, while Work & Travel Germany: Internship assists students who have the motivation to pre-plan a job that is related to his or her field of study. Either way, future employers are sure to be impressed by your international work experience. Summer Employment Option enables you to work in any position for up to three months between May 15 and October 15. This option is very flexible, and allows you to begin looking for work after you arrive in Germany.
