| For over 13 years the Istituto Europeo in Florence has taught Italian language, culture and music to students of all ages, from around the world. Istituto Europeo keeps its classes small (8-10 students) to allow for a more personalized education.
We offer: Intensive, 4 week, full-immersion Italian lessons of all levels; specialization courses for lyrical singers; preparation courses for the CILS (ceritification of Italian as a foreign language) exam. While grammar is a fundamental part of learning a language, our teachers also stress the everyday practical use of spoken Italian.
The school is located on two floors of a historic building in Piazza del Duomo (Cathedral square) in downtown Florence.
