The school is also a member of ELITE (Excellent Language Institutions Teaching in Europe) and ASILS (Associazione Scuole di Italiano come Lingua Seconda) which guarantee the quality of the teaching and services provided
Located a few minutes walk from the Colosseum the school occupies a four-storey building with its own terrace and garden and is easily reached from all parts of the city by public transportation.
Courses run all year round and are led by highly qualified teachers. The school, which is also a teacher's training center, has developed dynamic teaching methods and stimulating texts which incorporate the personal interests of students as well as diverse aspects of Italian life. All courses are taught in small groups , limited to a maximum of 12 students. This limited class size offers students individual attention and a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in which to learn the language.
The school offers a rich and interesting extracurricular program with guided tours, short seminars on Art, Architecture, Cinema, Literature, Politics, Italian cooking and wines. During the week-ends excursions to other sites of interest are also offered (Pompeii, Naples, Orvieto, Florence). Upon request, the school will provide accommodations for students for the duration of their course. Housing is available in private homes, students apartments and hotels.
The school also offers au-pair service and a free of charge interlinguistic exchange with Italian native speakers.
