The English Language Institute (ELI) is a friendly school in the heart of London. ELI London is quite small, so students receive individual attention - but they also benefit from the facilities of a larger organization because ELI is part of London City College and Schiller International University. Our language school is within walking distance of the major tourist attractions, museums, parks and shopping areas of London. The English Language Institute is accredited by the British Council and is a member of ARELS ( the official association for recognized language schools ). ELI students benefit from a variety of recreational and social activities. There are weekly afternoon cultural activities included in the full-time course fees, e.g. sightseeing tours to London’s famous sights, such as Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square and shopping centers. Visits to important museums or famous companies and organizations such as the LIFFE Stock Exchange, the Bank of England or the Ford Motor Company can also be arranged.
