| Lingua Sì offers: STANDARD (20 h/week) and INTENSIVE (30 h/week) GROUP courses - Classes are limited to no more than 8 students. STANDARD (10 h/week) and INTENSIVE (15 h/week) INDIVIDUAL courses - Programme and schedule are decided with the teacher. VIVA LA LINGUA! BASIC COURSE (6,5 h/day) - Designed for those who wish to learn Italian within a short time span and live it! The course is created for one person but can also be booked by two persons. In addition to the highly personalized language course, the student has breakfast and lunch with the teacher. Lessons take place at the student's residence (hotel, agriturismo, monastery…) or at the Institute. It is also possible to add an EXTRA PROGRAMME (4,5 h/day) - This continuation of the course consists in various extra activities, such as excursions, wine/food tasting, etc. Besides, the teacher will also have dinner with the studnet. INDIVIDUAL and GROUP BUSINESS ITALIAN (6 to 10 h/week) - This course is suitable for those who work with the Italian language and who have to deal with situations requiring a special vocabulary and particular communication skills. The course can be integrated with the following programmes: "Viva la lingua!", "intensive group", and "combined". SENIOR CITIZENS (10, 15 or 20 h/week) - Lessons take place at the student's residence and, once a week, the teacher will have lunch with the group. This course type has to be booked by groups whose members have the same knowledge of the Italian language. DUO COURSE (10-15 h/week) - This is a tailor-made formula, suitable for a couple of students with the same personal and linguistic requirements who decide to attend a course programme designed for both of them. COMBINED - The student has the possibility to attend a group course in the morning, and an individual programme in the afternoon. You can choose between the following options: COMBINED 1 - 30 h/week made of : 20 h/week - 4 h/day of group course, and 10 h/week – 2 h/day of individual tuition; COMBINED 2: 26 h/week made of: 20 h/week – 4 h/day of group course and 6 h/week – 2 h/day three times a week of individual tuition PERSONALISED - Please inform us of your requirements regarding length, schedule, and programme. We are always happy to create together with you your personal course! PREPARATION COURSE FOR CILS EXAMS (4-10 h/week) - Upon request, preparation Courses for CILS exams (Certificato di Italiano come Lingua Straniera) organized by the Università per Stranieri di Siena. The CILS certificate is recognized by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. COURSES FOR CHILDREN (2-6 h/week) – Upon request, children have the opportunity to be in contact with the Italian language through games, songs and little stories - naturally, with a teacher specialized in teaching children. All the above courses start each first Monday of the month (exception 29/11/04). We also offer ITALIAN LANGUAGE COURSES combined with CERAMICS, COOKING, PAINTING and SINGING. | |
