| Our school is located in the heart of Montréal, one of Canada's oldest and most vibrant cities. Our interactive teaching method and conversational approach encourages active participation of all students in the classes they take, ensuring ample opportunity to practice new vocabulary and grammar.
Our teachers are university graduates with training in second-language instruction. The teachers use both proven traditional techniques and the latest teaching innovations. The school also controls registrations to make sure there is a good mix of many language groups in the school. We maintain the linguistic balance by language group rather than by nationality.
The school employs a full-time Co-ordinator of Student Activities who organizes a variety of cultural, social, and sporting activities outside of class hours. All activities are optional and at extra cost. Activities range from playing sports together; going to a movie; visiting museums, art galleries and local festivals; dancing; to visits to nearby city's and the countryside. There is something for everyone in the activities program.
Our schools offer programs in both English and French.
Standard program: 20 lessons per week, 4 lessons daily.
Intensive program: 30 lessons per week, 6 lessons daily.
Minimum 2 week stay, 12 students max. per class and 9 levels of language. Course material is included in program fee.
Weekly excursions to Montreal's more impressive sites and landmarks, including Notre-Dame Basilica The Old Port, The Biodôme, and a host of world-class restaurants, concert halls, and museums. | |
