| Istituto Europeo offers semester and summer academic programs in Italian Language, Arts and Humanities, Music, Social Sciences and Visual Communication, with transferable college credits. Courses, except for Italian language are mostly taught in English.
Semester program offerings include, Intensive Italian (16 credits), or Italian language (6 credits) + 3 electives of choice (9 credits); Summer options include Intensive Italian (6 credits) or 2 electives of choice (6 credits). *Music students: Our courses are taught by professional/internationally recognized musicians and lyrical singers.
The school is located on two floors of a historic builing in Piazza del Duomo (Cathedral square) in downtown Florence. We offer free internet to our students and air conditioning for the hot Florentine summers.
