| For over thirty years, the Rothberg International School has offered a broad selection of summer courses and special academic programs for undergraduates, graduates, and adult learners - students of all ages and levels. ……
Courses are designed to highlight the rich history, fascinating present and promising future of the Region, ranging from Bible to Modern Hebrew literature, from ancient Jewish history to modern Arab nationalism. Classes combine academic challenge with opportunities to live and breathe the subject matter, with visits to archaeological sites and interaction with Israeli society. The language of instruction in all courses, with the exception of language courses, is English, and no previous knowledge of Hebrew is necessary unless stated in the course description. Special programs are offered in English, and French. ……
The diverse academic offerings are complemented by a variety of additional, stimulating extracurricular activities, seminars and trips. Students are entitled to use the various University facilities. The University's indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, and physical fitness club may be used for a moderate fee. ……
