| One of London's premier drama programs, The London Dramatic Academy is committed to teaching the interpretation of both Shakespearean and modern material in an atmosphere of intellectual and personal expansion. Working professionals in the British theatre emphasize practice rather than theory and are dedicated to helping each student build upon existing skills.
Curriculum Highlights: Students in The London Dramatic Academy have an average of five hours of instruction each day in Acting, Shakespearean Acting, Shakespearean Text Analysis, Speech, Voice Production, Movement, Physical Theatre, Stage Combat, and Acrobatics. Classes are small (usually 8-14 students) and are based on in-class exercises, scene study, and workshops.
Located in the Bloomsbury section of London, the Marymount London Centre is just a couple of tube stops from the West End, famous for its theatres, or historic sites such as the Tower of London or St. Paul's Cathedral.
