Description:
| Spend ten weeks in the most romantic city in the world. Begin with 3 weeks intensive study of French language, culture, and civilization at Dominican University of California's Paris campus, located near the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. After a 1 week intermission, spend the following 6 weeks photographing the neighborhoods, history, and daily life of Paris. Explore how Paris is constructed in the American creative imagination through literature and film. During this 6 week period students will continue to make progress with their French language skills through a weekly tutorial. Participants will be housed in at La Résidence Jérôme Lejeune located between the Eiffel Tower and Montparnasse. | |
