Description:
| This summer program features a comprehensive survey of the Chinese legal system covering all major facets of Chinese law. The academic curriculum is sponsored and administered by Duquesne University School of Law in the U.S.. China University of Political Science and Law provides facilities and administrative support to make local arrangements for program activities. Assistance is also provided in recruiting prominent local Chinese faculty members.
This program is especially popular among Pre-Law, International relationship, and Business majors as well as Law School students. However, no law studies background is required. Students with any major and professionals who are interested in understanding the Chinese legal system and law issues may apply.
This program does not include Chinese language study, however, CWE can arrange private tutors to form small classes for those who would like to learn Mandarin Chinese in the afternoon.
