Description:
| The University of North London is located just north of central London: the city and the West End, with all their business and cultural activities, are only a few minutes away. In addition, the University's neighborhood boroughs of Camden, Islington and Hackney also offer plenty of entertainment. The markets of Islington and Camden, international music at local clubs, Highgate Village, Hampstead Heath London Zoo and Regents Park are just a few examples of what the city has to offer.
For those bitten by the travel bug, major British and European cities like Edinburgh, Paris, Dublin and Amsterdam are all within easy reach by regular transportation. The UNL Study Abroad Office also organizes weekend riding and climbing excursions in the spectacular Welsh mountains.
Single semester study abroad students from the United States are housed in Carleton Grange Halls of Residence. Carleton Grange provides self-catering accommodation in single and twin-bedded rooms. It is close to Tufnell Park Underground Station (Northern Line) and is approximately a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride from the University. | |
