| The second largest city in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro (population 10 million), is situated on the south east coast of Brazil. The city is wedged between the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. Language travelers can have the best of both worlds in Rio. They can enjoy the big city atmosphere or relax on Copacabana beach.
