Description:
| Thames Valley University is located in the borough of Ealing on the west side of London, an area filled with attractions like Kew Gardens and Windsor Castle. Ealing, about 10 miles from central London, offers convenient transportation to all sections of the city by bus and the Underground. Within half an hour you can be in Oxford Circus, the center of London’s shopping district or Convent Garden, the heart of London’s theater district. Thames Valley University (TVU) with approximately 5,000 full-time and 4,000 part-time students has one of the most internationally diverse student populations in Britain.
Students may study courses designed especially for the American program that takes advantage of the London location, and/or take courses with British students in regular university courses. Courses specifically designed for American students include: British Culture and Society, Theatre in London, and Art in London.
The application deadline for the Fall Semester (mid-Sept to mid Dec) is June 1. The application deadline for the Spring Semester (end of Jan to early June) is November 15.
