Description:
| This intensive language program is designed for students who have completed two terms or one semester of first-year German. Students may receive up to 24 undergraduate quarter credits in German language and culture, depending on the home institution. The courses are divided as follows:
•Basic Grammar
•Reading, Composition, and Conversation
•German Culture and Civilization
Integrated into the language and civilization program are:
•Excursions and field trips to southern Germany
•Term-long group and individual student projects
•Evening activities: Casual get-togethers and discussion groups, films, games, and dances
•Tutors to assist with projects, conversation, etc. | |
