Description:
| The OverSeas Action Program! Are you aged between 18 and 30? Have you ever dreamed of exploring far away places and experiencing life overseas? Are you ready for an adventure of a lifetime, to work on community development projects, teach conversational English and establish income generating projects? This program offers you the opportunity to live for three months in Kenya working with local communities under the guidence and support of experienced Australian and Kenyan staff. You may be involved in caring for orphan children, working with street kids, providing English lessons and assisting in health clinics. You will also be involved in creating income generating projects for orphan homes and within local communities on agricultural projects, poultry farms, fish farms and so much more. But, it's not all hard work!!! This program aims to show you all the beauty and wonder of Kenya and the program includes a safari to the Serengeti Plains, famous for its Masai Mara Game Reserve, a retreat to Lake Navasha plus other excursions and trips which are all included in the cost of the program fee. The Program fee is under U.S. $2000 which includes all your accommodation, airport transfers, transport, community development projects, guidance and support of both Australian and Kenyan coordinators.
This program is also available in Nepal. Programs to Kenya run twice a year in June and November. | |
